Need backup? We provide tier 1, 2, and 3 help desk support five days a week. This includes servicing and resolving basic issues and IT requests as well as delivering advanced technical support.
We’re happy to answer questions about program instruction, operations, or changes to software and databases. Help desk support is available via phone, email, web, or face-to-face. We respond to all inquiries immediately.
In addition to troubleshooting and solving issues, we can recommend improvements to things like milestone tracking, administrative functions, and correspondence. We review metrics in detail to find trends and recommend effective product improvements.
As required, we’re also available to edit policy directives and prepare professional reports and presentations. Sticklers for grammar and formatting, we can help with drafting and editing correspondence, publications, and documents to ensure clarity and proper formatting. We’ll also assist with incoming calls and emails.
