Federal Strategies is seeking a hardworking individual to support the United States Navy. Individual will work on base at Indian Head, MD.
The Compact Rapid Attack Weapon (CRAW) Warhead Subsystem (WS) is a warhead and fuze development by the U.S. Navy in support of the CRAW Program.
The CRAW WS Systems Engineer is needing Systems Engineering support for the following tasks.
- Model Based Systems Engineering
- Reliability, Availability and Maintainability Analysis
- General Systems Engineering Support with a focus on products and execution of the Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs)
The Individual must:
- Have 10+ years' experience in Systems Engineering.
- Be well versed in Systems Engineering and Project Management principals as the WS Team prepares for SETRs and the first deployment to the fleet in FY26.
- Understand the principles of model based systems engineering, requirements management, risk analysis, data management, configuration management, verification and validation, integrated master schedule development and tracking, analysis report writing, weekly report writing, understand working group and IPTs functions, how to manage large internal and external Teams, effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Shall be on site with the CRAW Systems Engineering Team a minimum of three times a week.
- Support travel to meeting and test locations within CONUS up to once a quarter. Travel may be more frequent depending on mission requirements.
- Be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
